What we work on

Diesel is the core of the shop. Bring in a truck that is down on power, blowing smoke, throwing codes or refusing to start, and we will find out why before anyone starts replacing parts.

We work on light-duty diesel trucks and have specialty experience with Cummins, Ford, Duramax, Mercedes and Fiat engines. Describe the symptoms over the phone and you will get a straight answer about whether it is something we handle.

When an engine is worn out or damaged, the job stays in our own bays. We pull the old engine, prep the replacement and get the truck back on the road, using our own lift and hoist equipment.

Component-level engine work is part of the same shop: the pieces that come off during a diagnosis do not get shipped somewhere else to be dealt with.

The name says diesel and automotive, and both halves are real. Daily drivers, gas engines, cars and SUVs come through the same bays as the work trucks.

Tire changes and routine service are part of what the shop does day to day. It is the least dramatic work in the building and it is the work that keeps a truck from turning into a much larger repair later.
